Fiat-Abarth 1600 Zagato “Double Bubble”

We all know what the diminutive original little 750 Zagato did on the racetrack given its lightweight aluminum coachwork and aerodynamic shape. This version isn’t one of those. This is a version for the enthusiast who wants a bit more civilized version of the racecar and something he could park next to his Aston Martin DB4 Zagato coupe with some shared features between them. Unfortunately this concept shown here isn’t a simple cut/modify to make into reality. The wheelbase is altered, front and rear fenders mildly reshaped along with the modified roofline and other small details. If mine, I’d resize it a bit larger to early Porsche 911 dimensions in terms of length/width and for fitment of a modern 1600cc turbocharged FWD engine into the rear for practicality and reliability.
