Curva Grande Spyder (Ferrari 250LM inspired)
In my other post on fun concept requests via members here, Mark Goff asked for a “Ferrari 250 lm spider”. I did this same design over two years ago when I was playing with the idea for a 250LM derived project for myself called “Curva Grande” (the name coming from a memorable curve at the Monza racetrack in Italy). Loved the idea of it and if I lived on the ocean somewhere where it was cooler — I’d probably build the spyder version of it. (note: I am still personally building the coupe version for myself and upcoming I will show some of the CAD work and buck structure itself from its early stages.)
Here is the original spyder design concept considered.
