Doc Freud at Bonneville in 1978

Freud in 1978 emulating Rollie Free from 1948. He setup the camera and gave it to Don Vesco’s girlfriend and told them to take a picture as he rode on by while Don was driving his car. Freud rode off into the distance and then came speeding back. Fortunately Vesco’s girlfriend didn’t drop the camera given “his gear” and caught the picture. Probably not a recommended riding style but 41 years later it still is memorable. This was typical of Freud. Good guy. He truly lived life with zeal and passion.
