1953 Porsche 356 Italia Coupe
What if Porsche had outsourced some pre-built 356 chassis (from Reutter Carosserie-Werke in Germany) to an Italian carrozzeria like Bertone to be built as an alternative coupe option for regular production delivery. (and yes those are tiny little fins on it!)
