Talbot Lago T150 C SS by Figoni et Falaschi

Long ago I met Brooks Stevens of Milwaukee, Wisconsin who had a nice sized automobile museum and an actual 1937 Talbot-Lago T150 C SS Tear Drop Coupe within his collection that he had for decades. Stunning car without question and my first chance to study the details of one closely and also to sit within. One day when I talked with him, I asked him “how could perfection be improved” while I pointed at his Talbot Lago and knowing his own history of industrial and automotive design. I remember all his comments even today and most of them I applied to this imagineered iteration.
