1976 Ford Mustang Cobra II

Probably one of the most unloved of all the Ford Mustang series that were ever built. Upon close inspection of the design, the short wheelbase and small wheel openings killed it immediately. Plus the ugly plastic front and rear bumpers did it not favors! Thus my reimagined version focused on these two areas specifically. Move the rear wheel opening rearward and open it up. Slide the front wheel opening forward and open it up. Stuff with modern Mustang GT500 wheels, tires and brakes. Last step is to ditch the plastic bumpers and go a big more retro with chromed bumpers emulating early Ford’s. Add a modern Shaker-style hood scoop. Update the chassis and driveline as required.
