1954 Chevrolet Corvette Nomad
Well known SoCal personality asked me this morning to do this if say a “drivetrain from a FWD 2015 Cadillac XTS was mounted in the rear”. (ie: a readily available drivetrain without an expensive transaxle to make happen)
With the extra rear space available, I decided to add a Nomad roofline and two additional doors and a rear seat as a twist upon the initial Corvair idea posted a few days ago. I decided to do it black/white two-tone as a nice retro combination. (note: the roof would look insane if it was done in a brushed stainless perhaps!)
Remember that Imagineering is about creating new ideas — and inevitably derivations are spawned from that initial concept like this one…
