A few months ago, Facebook abruptly removed my personal page along with every connected business page, vacation photo archive, and both discussion groups — Pre-war BMW 328 powered: BMW Production, Racecars, Specials and Veritas and Franco Scaglione (Designer): Automobiles, Legacy and Inspiration today. Nearly 4,500 members, 18 years of history, and countless conversations vanished in about fifteen seconds, with no explanation and no way to contest the decision.

After the last several years of sharing updates, research, and historical material exclusively through social media — only to watch it disappear without warning — I’ve decided it’s time to return to more stable ground.

So ModenaWest will once again be the primary home for new content, archival materials, project updates, design history, and enthusiast discussions. This site is where the work can live, grow, and be preserved — without depending on the whims of a platform.
